Given the Coronavirus pandemic & what is going on in cities and towns around the world right now, I am offering free virtual, weekly sessions to help reduce anxiety, increase calm and guide you through the process of tapping into our higher wisdom and your own body’s natural defense system to stay well and/or recover faster. You will discover how to stay calm in challenging times.

Understandably, you are concerned about the spread of the Coronavirus not only from your own health perspective but also for your loved ones who may be at risk.
