1-Minute Mindfulness Breathing
Here is a simple but highly effective Mindfulness Breathing exercise that may help you to stay calm and relax and keep your heart calm. It will help to reduce fear, anxiety, anger and other stressful feelings:
- Assign a color to calmness and a different color to stress.
- For example blue for calm and red for stress or any other color combination.
- Now breathe in calmness (imagine inhaling your calm color light) very slowly
- and then breathe out your stress (imagine exhaling your stress color light) very slowly.
- Do this for 1 minute every waking hour and you will get the benefit of meditating for 30 minutes every day
