I choose not to allow unnecessary stress to control me. I deserve peace.
I will take steps to manage my stress levels, such as:
- Exercising regularly
- Eating a healthy diet
- Getting enough sleep
- Practicing relaxation techniques
- Avoiding caffeine and alcohol
- Setting realistic goals
- Saying no to unnecessary commitments
- Taking breaks when I need them
I will also learn to let go of things that I cannot control and focus on the things that I can. I will not allow stress to rob me of my peace of mind.
I am in control of my life, and I will not allow stress to control me. I deserve peace.
